PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your child’s place, a €50.00 deposit is required upon registration. Once we receive your application, a confirmation email containing detailed payment instructions will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

When making the bank transfer, please ensure the child’s name, camp title, and start date are clearly indicated in the payment reference to facilitate accurate identification of your payment.

Upon receipt of the deposit, Logiscool Prishtina will issue an electronic invoice for the deposited amount—no further action is needed for this stage. A final invoice for the remaining balance will be issued no later than the start date of the camp.

Please note that only children whose full participation fee is settled by the invoice due date will be eligible to attend the camp.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to organize the selected camp, we will offer the option to choose an alternative date or program, or to receive a full refund of the deposit.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE MINECRAFT CAMP:

The activities require a MINECRAFT license, Java Edition for PC. There are 2 options:

You can use your own license; please note that licenses for WINDOWS 10 / Android / XBOX / PS4 are NOT VALID for our camps. You can purchase it through the following link: https://www.minecraft.net/es-es/store/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc (Price: €29.99, unlimited use).

You can use one of our licenses at no additional cost. However, your child will not have access to the account from home.
